Hi ,

i am from a town called Chittoor from Andhra Pradesh. My town is located near to Tamil Nadu border. it happens that i frequently visit Vellore and some times Chennai for personal and business related purposes. It happens that every time i visit Chennai i am having problem with Police asking for NOC certificate. Never had this problem with Vellore Police. i am ready to pay what ever the amount and get this NOC done but no police officer in Chennai gives complete details and every time i was stopped i paid 500/- and never received a challan, because the police say that if i need challan i need to pay 2500/- . kindly help me in knowing the fine charges for failing to produce NOC and the detailed procedure in getting this NOC document so that i could avoid such encounters with Police.
