I got my activa 3G delivered 3 months before but till today it is

• Registration of Vehicle

I got my activa 3G delivered 3 months before but till today it is not registered and the shop through which i purchased has been closed (Sai Auto)from last 1 month . In between the dealer through which my activa was delivered to sai auto contacts me and is asking for rs 30,000/ to register my activa. Why because he has all the required papers and if we dont pay he will not give as the papers , so the activa will never get registered. On the otherhand we have only the activa with no papers and with temporary no plate. So in this,case what can be done. We are a group of17 people. Pls help.
