I want to know can PIL be filed for person not getting bail from 2 years and he is under trial prisoner he has crores of followers ... if terrorist gets released if convicts gets released on bail then big person who has large followers why can't. .. yet investigation is going on from 2 years... and as social issue can PIL BE FILED
