There are a lot of complaints against a MLM company but no strict action is being seen from government due to which this MLM is still continuing to fraud people throughout India. Police is of no support and not even willing to investigate cases related to this MLM.
Can i file PIL against this MLM asking why it is still not banned when there are so many pending cases against it and when SEBI and SFIO have directly acknowledged that company is involved in illegal MLM activities.
