Ujjain Mun. Coprn said that my mane DILIP KUMAR OAK is not appearing

Ujjain Mun. Coprn said that my mane DILIP KUMAR OAK is not appearing in their Peoperty Tax bill so I should visit them with last 5 years receipts. This seems ridiculous as I am now resident in Pune . One person asked for some fee for quick output.
what to do ? why they cant find my name in Computer ? I am regular HT payer.
Please guide me.
