My self and my friend...we together resigned job from our previous employer ..I joined in a new firm in India itself...but my friend went abroad....while we applied for of withdrawal...they asked 4000 for clearing it....otherwise, my friend has to come here to do this
...from abroad...he asked for bribery, through cell..with out any shame..
