We should make them fear while any govt official asks for the bribe. and very common for passport verification process.
just imagine that in the week (17 to 22 April) they issued 249775 passport copy, and for each police verification they charge average Rs 500/- then the amount is 12.48cr
Yearly bribe amount is 650cr
