Excess paid for RC of vehicle

• Number Plates and Vehicle Registration
• Paid INR 200

Each and every one pays excess of Rs 200 for registration certificate of vehicle which agencies take from customers . Every staff in DTO office intentionally doesn't print and provide RC to agency or customer because with this they can pressurise agency or customer to pay excess amount.
I personally visited and registered post a letter to DTO office nawanshahr for the RC of bike purchased in sep 2018 but they are not taking any action and still not got my RC also. Even i can provide video of the proof that they take bribe. Mainly i don't remember the exact name but to my knowledge Mr Kuldeep is mail culprit.
Kindly invesigate at your level and take action.
