I paid a bribe to Mr. Om Prakash Tiwari on 15 May 2015 at around 7 p.m. of Rs. 15000 at his office in which he sits it is some guest house don't remember the name of the place exactly as he implicated my friend falsely in a criminal at the behest of someone. He is a investigating Officer. He threatened us if you do not pay the money your friend will definitely get the sentence. Hazratganj Lucknow What can a person do in this country where everybody is corrupt.
