Paid bribe to Banaswadi traffic police

Yesterday around 8:30 pm my two wheeler was parked in wrong parking area in kammanahalli main road, so two wheeler got towed by police vehicle. Later when i went to banaswadi traffic police station i found my two wheeler there.

Later they demanded on spot fine of 750 rupees which i paid to some unknown person he is not police official because no ID card , not in uniform. some group of 4 to 5 people keep discussion about there commission which they need to get for their daily quota, Final i paid the amount 750 but i didn't receive any receipt for that. He just took and put in his pocket and asked me to take the vehicle.

He repeated same for other two wheeler vehicle as well. looks like this a organised crime done with help of official there in Banaswadi traffic police.
