Bribe for housing loan
To approve a loan the unauthorized agents were asking around 5000-10000 Rs. which was addition to their unauthorized commission/brokerage(2%). i had left the idea of purchasing flat in **********, and decided to go for rented house. but there are many rich people who come from mumbai after selling their small house for 50 Lakhs or more and can purchase big flat on cash , and also ready to pay cash to anybody.
