Bribe returned to me when I complained
In rural Pune FRO, there were several visa department officers who were not highly skilled in English..when I was charged 60 dollars for my registration fee I paid it innocently. Later I realised my mistake, since registration is always free, and mentioned it to the new officer. The cash was returned to me, and the lady who had taken the money was posted somewhere else. To do this to a recently arrived fforeigner is inexcusable.
