I did the construction of my home without paying a bribe .. for electricity i bought Honda Generator ... sometimes you Need to stand up vs them.. complain to the highest authority , if they dont listen then send the concerned Office department a Money order stating bribes for this Office for the his purpose and send one copy to media..
