Aadhaar Card was issued to me in Mumbai while I worked there in NABARD, HO. After retirement in January 2012 I tried to update my address from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar and also register my Mobile number with UIDAI, but to no avail. Please guide me how can I Update my address and Mobile No. in the data base of UIDAI so that I can use it as a valid Identity and Address proof.
