Birth certificate of my child who is 6 month old has his mothers
Birth certificate of my child who is 6 month old has his mothers middle name and surname incorrect.
The middle name and surname on the certificate is of the husband (that is me). We want to change the mothers middle name and surname to the exactly same as on passport and aadhaar card.
We have all proofs with valid name and even our marriage certificate.
Current mothers name: NAGMA ABUSUFYAN ANSARI
Correction needed: NAGMA NAZIR SHAH
Pls advice the procedure.
