Can i File a PIL against BSNL Telecom operator?
My parents use BSNL network for their homes, everytime i come home after a period of 3 months , there are numerous packs activated(sms packs, masti packs, cricket subscription etc) in their phones. Which they are not aware of.
After investigating further, i nothiced the push messages that bsnl sends has the default option to activated these packs. ie OK buttton .
This is unethical as people who are not aware of how push messages work fall prey for this kind of forced subscription activation. Can this be stopped by TRAI
