Dear sir, my name is ashish and i live in sarojini nagar lucknow u.p. in the month of july 2009 we ask to our line man to make a new electricity connection in our house and he reply that the total chg.is 4000 rs for 1 kvh connection and my mother pay him 4000 rs for connection and after one year now he given the connection and fix the meter but now he want more 500 rs. for fixing the meter charges. and when my mother did not given 500 rs to him he abusing my mother and give warning to destroy my electricity connection document. so plz tell us what can i do......?
