Dear sir,my name is Mam Chand Dhiman.i had asked a question on 7 july 2014 about ration card but sir i did not got any answer from you.sir once again i am telling you my problem.i am living in Gujarat since 1991.my native is Yamunanagar in Haryana.when ration card department started making ration card with photo ID.with family members ,my name deleted from ration card because i was in Gujarat that time.now ration card not adding my name again or not giving NOC.here in Gujarat now i am need of ration card.please tell me sir what i have to do.thanking you.
