Dear sir.my native is Haryana,but since janaury 1991 i am living in Gujarat and have not ration card .my name has deleted from my family ration card in yamunanagar .when in Haryana food and supply corporation started photo ID ration card that time i was not present there, now i am in need of ration card here in Gujarat but food and supply corporation refused to add my name again in my family ration card.they said that bring to old ration card copy which we not have.then i made an affidavit that i have not ration card any where in India, so give me NOC or add my name in my family ration card then food and supply department refused to do that.please tell me sir ,what i have to do.thank you
