Not only those accept bribe but THOSE GIVE are also to be blamed.
Never Bribe for reducing taxes such as house tax or any other taxes. This will only drag you into troubles.
We were not willing to pay bribe for the assessment officer for house tax. He was angry and upset. But we clearly told him, that we are happy to pay the the correct amount to government. But if we feel we are being overtaxed then we will appeal.
We are paying regularly our reasonable tax.
