Driving licence
So i wanted to get my licence and i went and got a learner's licence three months back.. Two days ago i went and got the application form for driving licence and asked nearly all of the officers in the RTO Office as to what documents would i need. They told that An RC Book xerox Copy and a Insurance Parer xerox copy would suffice. The next day morning When i went to the place where i'm supposed to take the test ,i went up to the driving inspector with my papers. He saw it and promptly demanded a pollution certificate.Now Did i mention i din't go through a driving school? .i.e I din't pay a bribe to that fellow. The sick part was no one else seemed to have not even one of the mentioned documents in their hand but still did the test and was going over to the RTO office to get their licence. All done because they had a certificate from the driving school they went. Shortly, They bribed :\
Now i have to wait until i get my pollution certificate, then take a day off and then go to the driving test ,again where the chances of me failing is high because i haven't paid a bribe. But I will not. And lets see for how long it takes till i get my licence.
