Good Morning Sir/Madam,
I am planning to buy a resale apartment in Bangalore.
As per procedure, I am required to enter into an Agreement for Sale with Owner initially so that I can apply for bank loan subsequently.
Request if the procedure for same can be elaborated:-
as per my understanding, I need not hire a lawyer or pay a bribe at registrar office to get this document registered.
All I have to do is print the document on Rs 2/- stamp paper (each page) and make a DD of 0.1% of Agreement value and reach registrar office for document verification and computer entry; wherein biometrics will be taken etc.
Request convey if my understanding is complete?
