Hello Team ,

I have finalized a 2 BHK flat in Bangalore and it falls under Varthur Sub-Registrar office for the sale deed registration. This is a resale of the Apartment from its previous owner.

Please help me in getting to know about right documents before i approach the Registrar office in Varthur to avoid Bribing for not producing correct documents. I heard that it is very difficult to get the Property Registered in Bangalore without paying bribe.

If you know someone who has done it and willing to help , will be grateful to that person.
