Hi, before GST amendment, i.e 01/07/2017 C-Forms were issued for sales tax. After GST amendment should we issue C-Forms on IGST or Sales tax? If yes
1. What shall be the percentage of tax in IGST in stock transfer or sale of goods form state to state?
2. Should we issue C-Forms or is there any new forms introduced by the Central Government?
3. If we didn't issue C-Form and transfer/sell goods form state to state what shall be the penalty and percentage of tax to be paid?
4. Or is the C-Form is in place as earlier?
