Hi I Paid a Bribe, You are doing a great job for a non corrupt society, Respect. Please address my concern below. I am trying to transfer the ownership of a used bike purchase by me recently. The bike is registered with Medchal RTA and I am planning to transfer it to Patancheru RTA. I went to the RTA with all documents as mentioned on the RTA site http://www.aptransport.org/htm... http://www.aptransport.org/htm... . But the inspector is asking for an NOC from the RTA where the vehicle is registered(Medchal RTA). I cited the guidelines on RTA site that a tranfer within the state doesnt need an NOC, but he said NOC is mandatory for the ownership transfer. Please kindly help.
