Hi,
I want to Know is it Possible to File PIL Against Bad Roads or Roads are constructed with Poor Material which is Washed away with one light rain ? because in my area roads are build with poor material and poor procedure which don't last long and gets huge potholes after one rain it is build again and again 3 to 4 time in a year but not getting good road,footpath and enough street lights.
if yes to file a PIL what will be procedure ?
