I am due to register my apartment on 25th Sep'14 at sub-registrar office Sarjapur, my apartment is on Kudlu Village Road. I have been asked by the builder to be ready to pay a bribe of Rs.20,000/- to get registration done. Would like to what all actions I can take to prevent paying bribe, can I register any police complaint or do I need to contact any other vigilance department?
