I am purchasing a site in muddenahalli, chickballapura district. I have paid the developers Rs 570000 in installments through my bank account and LIC HFL has sanctioned loan for 750000. I need to register the land at sub registrar office chickballapura. I will be doing it on 9th december 2016. I am taking PAN card and copy and 3 DDs for the registration. The developer said he will send a SPA with sale deed, property documents etc. They were asking me to pay 30000 as legal fees. Well this is to grease the officials in sub registrar office. I am firm in not paying any cash that is black. I understand i will have to patience for this. Kindly let me know what preparation i need to make to avoid paying bribes.
