I buy recently a royal Enfield 350 bs6 model. As I went to the rto office for registration of vehicle.they said now their is new rule of registration .the registration fee will be pay to the ex showroom.. the dealer told be previously to paid registration fee that is 20600 which is more than..they are asking more than 4000 extra (registration fee)..I think it's not in rule to pay extra for registration..sir pls reply to my message.what should I do for registration of my vehicle.where I hv to go for it..
