I had taken i-10 in the month of march 2017 and till date i haven't

I had taken i-10 in the month of march 2017 and till date i haven't got the registration done due to some or other reasons.

Kindly help me in the charges and penalty levied on it for the registration and please guide if the same can be waived as i want the same to be registered asap.
