I have transferred from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam. I want to pay road tax of AP and want refund of road tax from bangalore RTO. My question is :
a). Should I pay road tax then apply for NOC at Bangalore and then re-register at AP.
b). or Should i apply NOC first and then pay tax at AP and then re-register at AP.
because i want refund of road tax which i pay to Bangalore and then in future if i move to other state refund from AP also.
