I want get the driving licence with out bribing anyone.
I went to RTA office Kukatpally (HYD)and found the corruption right from phase of getting the application. The form 1 & 2 are being sold at xerox shop next to RTA office. Very poor treatment is given to the normal pepole who come for inquiries/reggistratio/licence etc. We will be waiting in the long queue to get the signature from that arrogant RTA ofiicer ********** ********** and agents will be going directly to him to get the signature by bypassing the queue. RTA officer thinks feels like a demi god and he is offering blessings to people. I am not sure these people can be changed to treat people with minmum respect.
