I wanted to take my bicycle from east to west and to avoid the traffic of the highway I thought it best to take my bicycle from the railway bridge. But while on the bridge the TTE caught me and charged me 200 rupees saying that it was not allowed.
Is there any legal way by which I can take my bicycle from east to west.
