It is stated that " If application is made after the grace period, a fee of Rs.100/- will be levied and an additional fee of Rs.50/- for delay of one year or part thereof reckoned from the date of expiry of grace period."
1.Does this mean that a additional fee of Rs.50/- for each year upto 5 years from date of expiry? (which means Rs 250/- for a delay of 5years)
2.Or is it Rs 50/- for upto 5 years from date of expiry?
3.What happens if the period exceeds 5 years? Does the applicant has to get a fresh LL and then DL?
