Land records in maharashtra state and gujarat state.
Respected wellwisher-i am struggling for the land records-edhara since sept-2010 in gujarat state-the rti too have been kept aside with a reply-records are yet to be located (manual records)-subsequently, edhara records not getting updated due to supportive manual records. my letter to the cm-gujarat/district collector at bulsar too had been kept aside by the mamlatdar office in-spite of the follow-up/instruction from them to issue my land records. in maharashtra state-the district office not in position to give me old records,under which an exparte entries have helped the department to deduct my land units,and transferred to the sub-tenants(around 24 acres),which needs to b e appealed in the court of law-revenue tribunal. i personally do not have ant intention to pay the bribe-as i am asking for my right in a legal way.apart from that-i do not want ant illegal steps to be followed even if advised by anybody from the "agents"..
