My baby was born in Jan 2016. When we got his birth certificate we had put a name on it. But now, we want to change the name for some reason. I approached the BBPM office in Millers Road, but they told me to go to the PU Building near Mayo Hall. What is the process for getting the baby's name changed on birth certificate?
