My name is samrat and currently am residing at dumdum kolkata. i dont have any id proof of west bengal. all my documents viz voter id adhar card passport driving license etc are on my jharkhand address. my girlfriend is is residing in konnagar which comes under hoogly juricdiction kolkata. is it possible to get registered marriage done with her id proof in kolkata. is there any document which is send by the registrar office at her risiding address,. if yes. then is there ny way out so that any document which comes by post or so.. comes on my temporary address where am residing. please help
