My son is 9 months aged and born in a hospital and the hospital has sent the list of births to corresponding municipal office. The municipality office has to record it in the record of births and deaths. As the personnel are habituated for bribes, they haven't entered or registered till now. They had irritated me by telling lame causes for not registering the birth in the records and made me roam around the office for several times. Finally, one broker approached me and made the thing happen with amount of Rs 4000, finally I got the birth certificate. Great service by GHMC.....with middlemen and bribes....
