My tourist visa runs out on 28th January 2017 and my return flight
My tourist visa runs out on 28th January 2017 and my return flight to Australia is on 2nd February. Will i be penalised for overstaying the visa or can i get a visa extension? Is it advisable to book another flight leaving India on the day of visa expiry, forfeiting my current return flight?
