On 04-12-2015 at 10-30 am i left my house at hansol when i crossed shahibaug under bridge i lost my two files c c no 2158/2013 and 2159/2013 .than i went to shahibaug police chowki they said that my complaint will be lodeged at madhavpura police station than i went to madhavpura police station they asked me entire story and asked me to brong affidavit of entire incident after two days i went to madhavpura police station to submit my affidavit of loss of files one of the officer said that you have to meet with officer who was on duty on that day than after i went to police station on the day when that officer was on duty .he read my affidavit and said that why i have written in affidavit that on the demand of police i brought affidavit i have to delete such sentence from affidavit and asked some time because i have to go outstation on 21-01-2016 i went to police station with new affidavit on that day officer in my case was not available and other officer asked me to come next day at 1 o clock in noon i reached atvpolice station at 1-30 pm and waited for one hour because he was outside the police station after one hour he came and i requested him to take my affidavit but he said you have to wait for 3 hours becaise i have to take you statment i requested him to consider my affidavit as my statement but he said either you wait for 3 hour or come in the tommorrow after 9 pm. Now what should i do even an advocate can not do any thing before police just think what they may be doing with common men?
