Our Land falling in Urban area, we are not doing any cultivation from several years. surrounding areas are already urbanized , for any developments we need to pay Conversion fee as per NALA act, which cannot afford by us.
why we need to pay conversion fee for the Conversion certificate,
Please suggest good solution.
