Sir I have applied for a new PAN card before two months but the status is showing that the application is withheld due to not matching of Aadhaar details and the application is given by private Agencies I have coupon number of the application but now I want to approach in e KYC application process because my aadhar is connected to my mobile so I can get pancard somewhat quickly so my question is that I am able to apply new PAN card through e KYC even though I am already applied to PAN card which is in the position of withheld
