To apply for a two-wheeler&#39;s learner&#39;s license, you will have to fill form CMV 4 and pay Rs 50(for the test) and Rs 40 (for the Driving license) at the cash counter of the RTO office. Once you get the cash payment receipt, &nbsp;submit the form and receipt along with the following documents to the Assistant RTO: 3 passport sized photographs, proof of age of 16 years for non-geared vehicles, proof of age of 18 for geared vehicles, proof of address</p>

Once this is done, you will be called for the test the same afternoon. If you clear the test, you will have to get a photo clicked in front of the web-cam. The license will be available the next day between 4.30 to 5.30pm. If you do not clear the test or remain absent, you will have to reappear in 7 days for the test.</p>
