The house property which was so far in my own name has been transferred
The house property which was so far in my own name has been transferred to my son's name by a settlement deed last week. My son has to apply to Chennai corporation for name change by enclosing the settlement deed copy. Whether the settlement copy is to be attested at the time of submission to the Corporation? Pl.clarify.
