There is a demolition exercise by junior engineer of Muncipal corporation
There is a demolition exercise by junior engineer of Muncipal corporation of delhi in wazirabad area of North Delhi-110084. They are demolishing building without any notice or any legal procedure. Officials of MCD are demanding huge sum of money to stop demolition. there are many instances of demolition in our area. My husband also constructing shop and met with the same consequences. MCD officials are not stating any reason for the same and there is no one in our area having courage to raise objection. Please suggest how to tackle them.
