We re the owners of commercial property, Builder sold his share

We re the owners of commercial property, Builder sold his share to third party his portion B.
Portion A and portion B was under one name, and separately we used to get our GHMC taxes bills every year for almost 7 years.
Recently portion B owner went to GHMC and requested them to change their portion B on their name.
The GHMC staff totally removed our name from the property tax.
We are unable to solve this issue, and tried several times by showing all our legal documents. It's been a year now, We are unable to pay taxes too.
Please we need help ......
