We were having a plot of land in which trees were there which were cut by us for house requirement after lapse of time the land was vacant and after certain period of time we notice that the adjacent holder of land have constructed factory on the said area without our consent or approval. When we made application for demarcation of land we were shock to know that the said land doesn't come under our plot or owner ship. is it possible to get the possession of that part of land from him and how
