Sir i lost my birth certificate.but my friend told me to download in online by entering birthdate.i also downloaded my birth certificate in online.but in that certificate few details like my name was missing other that everyting matches with my details.so inorder to include those details i visited chennai corporation.but they told me to get my birth detail record from medical health record officer.i went to that office and they searched my details.after verifying my voter id and mother& father voter id they make one certificate with my birth record details.but before giving that to me they asking money for that searching old records.at that time i dont what to do.i gave to rs 40 inr to that officer.that officer saw up and down told we are not a beggers.after that i gave rs 100 inr.bt they wont accept.they asking rs 200.i told sir i dont have extra money.but they told go to your home and bring money then collect your certificate.after that i dont know what to do.but i need that certificate very urgently for verifying passport.for that reason only i gave.if it is not urgent means surely i contacted anticorruption department.per day lot of members came for correction and name inclusion in birth certificte and death certificate.by doing this surely they wil earn more than rs10000 inr per day and rs 3lakhs inr per month.
