I went to a Sulur police station in Coimbatore district at 18/06/2015 for my police verification. Head constable Mr.Sasikumar check my belongings then finished verification and he ask 300 rupees to paid. But i said " I can't give" . then he told me " this money is spends for your purpose like a xerox,postal charged.so at least 100 rupees was needed. Then i give 100. But my doubt is that 100 rupees is mandatory by the any rules? But he collect 300 from others.I am the journalist also. Please take the action.
