Respected Sir,
Here i have to submit this grevenince from my husband's side as we both have to face more critical situations many times when had paid the bribe. Now I can't bear this. I have faith in system. My husband(dr Rahul tyagi) is a MO who is currently posted to PHC bilaspur in Rampur district.
Sir he had submitted medical claim in september -2016 for rembursement to Sharif babu who is posted as a babu at CHC Bilaspur in Rampur district. But at time of submission he was asked to pay an amount of 10000/. Although my husband was asked him why was he asking him that I had all the required documents in place for him to submit.Then he (the babu ) told without it I can't forward your documents (yea to chalta hee hai). My husband told him I haven't such a huge amount right now as I just discharged from hospital. The babu told that you have to pay it. Then my husband was arranged the amount from my parents and paid to him on the same day. After sometime suddenly on 27th February 2017 the babu called him and asked for a amonut 18,000/ again to pass the claim. My husband was too depressed now and he had big arguments but again as we are very needy to pass my claim we again paid the amount 18,000/ to the babu (Sharif) at CHC-BilaspurIn Rampur district.
Sir he was always asking only for cash.Sir we had submitted all the legal documnts. Still to pass the claim my husband had paid total amount 28000 till now. Sir my husband is depressed due to this corruption.
